Job Description:
We are looking for for Servers to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a a self-starter, motivated, and engaged and be able to work in a fast, and dynamic downtown environment.
Job Summary Provide food & beverage service to our diners and to servers in an efficient and courteous manner, following established restaurant standards.
To uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
Prepare dining room for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of server stations, inspection of all tables for cleanliness, and correctness of established settings.
Serve food and beverage items according to established Profile Tavern Standards.
Monitor diners' satisfaction frequently, anticipate needs without requiring direction and properly time courses.
Reset tables as needed.
Properly obtain completed guest checks and close/cash out Attend all scheduled employee meetings, tastings and trainings In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
Qualifications Must have an understanding of beer, wine and liquors offered Must be able to open wine and champagne bottles table side Be able to upsell and make recommendations to diners Benefits/Perks Ongoing Training; Hospitality, Food & Beverage, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
