Duties/ Responsibilities o Building the Pella brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions o Achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise o Providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations o Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings o Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs o Continually strive for 100% Very Satisfied business partners o Other duties as assignedSkills/ Qualifications o Bachelor's degree, or 1-3 years related experience and/or training including sales/technical product expertise; or equivalent of education and experience o A track record of success o The ability to develop business strategies that lead to a presentation of opportunities and solutions to a prospective account o Some basic construction knowledge preferrable o Excellent verbal and written communication o Core selling and prospecting skills o Customer relationship skills o Basic financial skills o Presentation skills o Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirementsPI226068181 Recommended Skills Business Strategies Communication Construction Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
